instead massage the babies gums with a clean cold cotton cloth and give cold silicone teether to chew on
this will reduce the irritation in babies gums

Give teether and finger food
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Give adequate water
Take a good care of your baby
