Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if the child is irritable because of pain you can apply dolo gel over the gums in the pain and do some finger massage it will be helpful and also you can give syrup calpol if the pain is severe

Hello mom Now your baby is eight months old so firstly you should definitely start doing a massage of your babies gums regularly it will give relief in pain. Rather than this you can also start giving homeopathic medicine name denton it is very effective in teething
