#asktheexpert starting 2 and half months there was exclusive breastmilk but after that there was low milk supply suddenly and it was not sufficient for baby ..then we started feeding formula milk along with bm..having more more milk producing foods daily...lactation powder ...after delivery 3 months I got my periods ...right now my baby is 5 months old...she is having both bm fm ...breastmilk she takes little only for 5 mins ...

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give your baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and if breast milk is less then you can viv baby formula milk and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day to produce more milk
