#AskTheExpert sometimes I will use breastpump, want to know..about the storage timings of mothermilk. Till what time we can store it at room temperature and how long we can keep and use it ?

A. Hi mommy Store milk at room temperature for about 3-4 hours and in refrigerator for 72 hours After your baby has finished eating, you can use the Breast pump to ensure that your breast milk is completely drained. Breastfeeding on a regular basis will naturally cause your body to produce more milk If you want to boost your supply even more then plan a daily pumping session with a manual breast pump to encourage your body to produce more milk
