Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. small pimples, is it water filled boils.. and spreading all over.. consult the doctor.. you can use lacto calamine lotion or sandal paste on the rashes.. bath baby with neem water.. or use suthol liquid after bath..
