You Should apply anything cream onto your child’s body once after the bath and once you put your child to sleep that is going to help quite a lot and if your child has cracked heels or something because that’s mostly due to the winter season then you can make your child wear socks properly on top of that thing so that the skin is going to be soft and if you’re looking for really good cream then NMFE is a good option otherwise you can go ahead with Nivea Also
