#AskTheExpert sir on 15th april my 3 and half year old got fever and cold ....after a visit to cold place .....we gave her ziffy for 5 days .....2 days after completing the course she developed cough ......and doc recommended augmentin for 5 days along with nebolising .and....after nebolising for 2 days the cough improved ....but cold didnt go so he recommended anti allergic ......but again after 9 days she developed fever which is high ......n cough ..but on check up with doc he says she is fine n it looks like a viral .....could u pls suggest what to do

A. Hello, your baby girl is 42 months old and she is getting a fever and cough cold frequently so increase her immunity and get her WBC examined for any infection

A. If your baby has a cold with no complications, it should resolve within 10 to 14 days. Most colds are simply a nuisance. But it's important to take your baby's signs and symptoms seriously. If symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, it's time to talk to your doctor.
