make sure he is not constipated or having any indigestion.
give all the food groups like whole grain, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts , ghee etc
avoid force feeding
give small and frequent meals.
make mealmtike fun
give his favorite food in healthier form
give varieties with different colors and flavors.

Kids are fussy in eating food. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby. Give variety of food and choices to ur baby as giving same food daily looses baby's interest in eating. Take care
