DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 20 months old and he is having a fever and mild coughs and cold so give him syrup maxtra p 2.5 ml three times and chericof syrup 2.5 ml three times a day

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. for fever you can give paracetamol to the child according to the weight and it can be repeated 4 times per day and 4 cold you can give any cold medicine along with nasal saline drops and the problem doesn't improve in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
