#AskTheExpert Sir my child has two and 4 months years old,but he doesn’t say much more words except Amma ,Appa .my elder child has sixteen years old during the second pregnancy doctor told me there was a chance of Down syndrome but we didn’t care . Is there any chance with his speech that Down syndrome Some of them told me that consults developmental child speech therapist too .Would u pls give an advice a reamedy for this Yours faithfully Jamiya
