#AskTheExpert sir...my baby girl is 2 year 5 months old...plz give me food chat for my baby.. which is full of vitamin, protein, calcium,zinc etc...n one more ques sir...can I give 500 ml buffalo milk daily??

A. It's best to wait until your baby is a 2 year old before introducing buffalo milk in her diet. Buffalo milk is rich in vitamin A, has a higher protein value and contains more iron, calcium and phosphorus than the cow's milk.
