#asktheexpert sir, my baby boy is now 10 months old but he hasn't had first teeth yet. pls tell me why? We are worrying

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi Milk teeth can erupt anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. so don't worry and wait for some more time. and keep checking for the signs of teething.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Every baby is different in achieving milestones. Some babies they are early teethers and some are late teethers. Babies can erupt teeth anytime between 4-15 months. So no need to worry. Late teething can be genetic also. Take care
