Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. नमस्ते उसे अपने चिकित्सक की सलाह। के अनुसार सप्लीमेंट दिया करे। उसे आर ओ से अत्यधिक फिल्टर किया पानी ना पिलाएं। ३५० से अधिक टी दी एस वाला पानी ही पिलाएं। सूर्य स्नान प्रति दिन प्रातः अवश्य कराए।
