#AskTheExpert sir, i have low breastmilk...my baby was 2 konth old...how can i increase my breastmilk....

A. take a healthy diet with plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important . So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . h You can algso consult online to a doctor for thge same as a detailed discussion can be done .

A. To increase breastmilk supply, include protein and other nutritious foods in your diet like fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, oats with nuts, brown rice, dalia, dry fruits, legumes ghee, garlic, broccoli, beans, banana, avocado, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
