A. dear mother to increase your milk supply you need to start adding Jeera in your daily diet you can also make a mixture of jaggery and Jeera sotty in ghee and have it regularly with hot glass of milk this will give you good supply of milk along with that you need to stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular intervals
