It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery.
Till then just eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for healthy milk supply and to recover from weakness after delivery.
After six months u can start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight.
U can also do jogging, walk, cycling etc to reduce weight
