#asktheexpert since few days my hair falling too much,while shampooing,combing etc

A. hair fall after delivery is very normal Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

A. hello try to have vitamin rich food in the diet and also you can be trying with Mother sparsh range of hair care products which is made of natural ingredients and chemical free that can help to prevent the hairfall problem when used on a daily basis
