my baby girl is 3 years and 2 months old suddenly her hair is falling so much while combing too much hair fall is falling why?

Due to number of reasons but mostly in this age it could be associated with nutritional deficiency specially iron in the body but we cannot be sure about a checkup and it’s unhealthy to have hair fall in this so it’s better that you have an assessment with your doctor regarding that
