AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If the motions are 3-4 times in a day then no need to worry. But if the watery motions are excessively watery then u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby.
