Pls donot forcefeed your baby. Avoid binge eating. Give food only at fixed times.
Make meal times interesting with stories. games, toys, role play.
Give food in colourful, cartoon shaped cutlery to attract attention.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. heyommy she should have three meals and two snacks at this age. however do not force feed her. just keep giving her enticing and exciting food items. variety is key so she will enjoy what she likes you eat. eat alongside her.
