include boiled potato, banana, chikko, boiled sprouts and pulses, milk , paneer, milk shakes, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, roti , paratha, rice, daliya, nuts, dried fruits, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian, and use ghee in meal preparations.
avoid outside junk and processed foods.
feed on regular intervals, maintain good hygiene.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
