I guess the child is over 1 year old , so if u haven’t given her solid food to eat and only given puréed food the child won’t have the habit to chew as they find gulping down the food much better
Start with solids in small quantity like home made french fries, piece of fruit or streamed vegetable stick or piece of roti
And even then the child is not doing consult doc to rule out any other issue
