Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet. Add more iron rich foods into your daily diet. Be gentle while combining your hair. Use mild shampoo for hair wash. Do not use hot water for your hair. Avoid using hair dryers. Use essential hair oil on daily basis and massage onto your scalp.
