A. Hi, take fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk,fresh fruit juice made at home, coconut water, water and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Apply oil to hair give a gentle massage leave it for half an hour and take bath. Use always lukewarm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water.
