A. Hello mom you and to get involve in some physical exercise for atleast 45 mins to 30 mins a day and exercise such as yoga or brisk walking or Zumba or dance workout according to your preference can be done . Also be mindful of what you are consuming and avoid refined , processed and sugary foods
