A. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold xwater intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also. body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.

A. It could probably be due to some allergy that your child is having so it’s good for you to know what kind of an allergies your child suffering from it is not serious or danger but if it is happening occasionally or regularly you need to figure out what’s the right reason behind it so that you can treat it permanently
