A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to lose weight naturally. Choose friendly proteins. Avoid refined sugar, carbohydrate, fried items etc. Exercise regularly. Exercise atleast 30 mins daily basis .
