A. You can add whole grains, wheat, oats, ragi, add add protein rich foods milk and milk products, paneer, cottage cheese pulses, legumes, beans, nuts, seeds, add can be added in your daily diet

A. all pulses and dals are rich in protein. dry fruits are rich in protein. make sure you take these as a part of your diet on a regular basis. proteins are highly essential in building the muscles. you must take them regularly.
