#asktheexpert please suggest us what all we could prepare in breakfast lunch and dinner, my kids don't like to have onions in any of dishes we prepare, only want to have Maggie in breakfast. Don't want to include any curries while in lunch/dinner.Always drink water in between the meals. please suggest

A. hello , you can prepare multigrain dosa for idli rice Idli Rava Dosa and don't put onion in that. also you can prepare poha Upma instead of onion dry using cucumber green chilli.. also different porridges
