#asktheexpert please suggest something for stronger bones in kids. my daughter has completed 3 yrs in May and complaints a lot about leg pain. please help.

A. give all type of food. Give leafy vegetable and fruits as source of vitamins and egg or paneer as protein source . Can give a variety of food to baby then only baby will have interest on eating . Protein Powder is advised only after 2 yr of age .

A. hello the leg pain can be the growing pain which os normal on kids and you can actually apply oil and massage legs of your child which can help and also give your child calcium rich food in the diet and in regards to supplement check with your doctor
