A. After age of 1 year it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml. you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child gand at least two fruits every day to the child. you can make anytfhing any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

A. You Should do massage twice a day calcium rich supplement and also good amount of dairy products should be given to the child with Got It this is what is going to help in building strength and do the bones and legs of your child
