Q.

My daughter 1 year old is not enough stronger her body is chubby like and she eats little. So can you please suggest food that makes her bones and body stronger?

A. Hello mom Kids grow at their pace , exposure to morning sunlight is very much important for good vitamin D . Also massages would also be helpful . Offer her foods that are usually made at home for the family as well
