Q.

#asktheexpert please suggest a variety of food options for 1 and 3 year babies because I ended up doing only upma,raggi malt and oats.Need other options so that baby can put weight both are becoming too thin

A. dear now your child above 1 year of age should be having all family food according to your regional preference the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts
