8 AM-ragi porridge
11 PM-fruit bowl with dry fruit powder and honey
1 PM-lunch-rice, Sambar, vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, vegetable soup
7 PM-dinner-Idli, Upma, khichadi
Before sleeping you can give a glass of milk. And make sure you give food in small small quantities. Make your own timetable which will help you in covering different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week and also it will help you in maintaining a proper food timing.
