sir, Give me a food chart for my baby

A. For 1 year old baby, you should give all family foods the way you prepare at your house. Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk and milk recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
