#asktheexpert please share a perfect diet chart for a 3 year old baby and tips for a constipated child where he does not like to eat veggies any other gud option for getting a proper fiber intake.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby home made food and also give baby fresh fruits and vegetables along with black salt and lemon juice. and also give your baby prune juice for constipation. nd give bbah ajwain ark and pomegranate juice for better appetite.
