#asktheexpert please bataiye k suggest diet karne se weight kam hota h?? or chawal or roti dono mese weight kam karne k liye kya khana chaiye?

A. dear mum, if you are looking for weight loss, then rice can also be eaten. important thing is to regulate the quantity. have a balanced diet having variety of food groups for weight loss. have fibrous foods and drink adequate water.
