Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. age of the baby is only 9 months the lactational amenorrhea may continue sometimes even more than one year also but it is always advisable to follow some contraceptive measures .

Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few might not get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
