Is it normal not have periods for 9 months after delivery.

A. yes if u are breastfeeding. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

A. hello yes you can start with periods within few months post delivery while some moms may not start with their periods as long as breast-feeding their baby or even for a year also and is absolutely nothing to worry about and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
