A. Hello If child is overweight. then we cannot out him on a controlled calorie diet. as it is still growth period for him Just try to avoid junk. fried, bakery, sweet, sugary foods. Engage child in outdoor activities like swimming football cycling skipping jumping dancing lawn tennis cricket atleast for 1 hour daily.
