Hello dear parent, for 7 months old baby you can give Khichdi and Dalia with boiled and mashed green vegetables mixed in it, home made Cerelac, apple pure, carrot kheer, moong dal, formula milk, idly, Upma etc. Give only as much your baby can digest.
