Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..sugar and salt are not allowed till baby is one year old. after baby is one year old you can start with sugar and salt and not before that..give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits
