#AskTheExpert our baby got tanned post phototherapy and face skin looks reddish and tanned is it temporary and should we use any creams for the face

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! after 2-3 weeks of birth Colour changes, weight reduces generally.
For few it may be temporary for few babies it lasts in general every baby is different.
So don't use any products, as they regain their birth colour by 4-5 months in most cases use only mustard oil or almond oil or seseme oil or milk cream for massaging ,use baby lotion after bath.
Soap/wash , lotion as prescribed by your Paeditrician.
