Q.

#asktheexpert now my baby is going to complete 2 months on 5 feb my breast milk is not sufficient means very less in quantity... what should I do to increase

A. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily ed as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ). you have to take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid wdhich has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.

A. You can take Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk to increase your lactation and yet if you are unable to produce sufficient milk for the child by any chance even after trying this then in that case you can take support of formula feeding for the child Similac advance is a good option
