Proteins as you know are definitely very important because a child requires a lot of strength and energy apart from that I’m going to advise you that consult a nutritionist because depending upon the kind of sports your child is in what kind of a diet plan should you follow what kind of non-veg is going to be good what kind of fibres and stuff is going to be good so check with your doctor but make sure that the child has a lot of liquid that’s very important
