Q.

my baby girl does not drink milk properly. she generally drinks only 250ml milk in a day. will it affect her growth n nutrient requirement?

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.fec Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. No it is not going to affect if you get more of dairy products another diet is completely balance for the child has to have a proper balance diet and it is not a a problem with your diet should be having a balanced nutritious diet apart from the amount of milk that you’re jealous consuming
