#AskTheExpert Namaste madam I gave birth to a baby she was now 1 year old . I had not get periods till now , I am now breast feeding mother, what is the reason mam , what should I do now please suggest me

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom This is all because of hormonal changes in body after delivery and you should not worry about it at all. Sometimes periods get resume just in 40 to 45 days after delivery and sometimes it takes more than one year. This is normal but you will get your periods resumed very soon.
