#asktheexpert namaste Ma'am my daughter suffers from cold frequently due to weather change. could u please recommend any medication for her immunity boost. Thank you

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy9 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give Tulsi water for at least two months to the baby to develop immunity. You can also give 1 teaspoon of honey daily to the baby for increasing immunity. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inshalation . You can also rub Vicks Vaporub on baby clothes near chest area.
