-Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 glasses of water a day. Only drink water with meals rather than juice, anfmd other beverage.
Have a glass full of butter milk daily.
Use Xylocaine Topical anesthetics, can be used before a bowel movement to reduce pain.
-Do consult your doctor for medication and further management.

please avoid all oily and spicy food
please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour
please take easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
please keep your self well hydrated
you can apply Himalaya pilex cream on affected area twice a day
