#AskTheExpert My weight is frequently fluctuating during my pregnancy. Initial 6 months it dropped by 2 Kgs. Now it is increasing and decreasing by 1 kg per week. However, overall growth pf baby is fine as per my gynae.

A. The weight during pregnancy should only be checked after a gap of one month and each month you should gain at least 700 g which indicates that your pregnancy is going well. But not to be worried about as in many cases, the variation may be seen, but pregnancy is very healthy.

A. hello this would require a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly .. variations is normal just have healthy food in the diet
